Introduction

To ensure the realization of these commitments, we establish and practice ethical regulations that all executives and employees must observe.

 

Purpose

We establish the standards of behavior and values that all executives, employees, and the Company must adhere to and actively practice. The purposes are: to deliver the world's best quality and service, aiming to provide our customers with infinite satisfaction; to fulfill corporate social responsibility through transparent management; and to evolve into a company that is trusted by customers and investors, enhancing the value of all our stakeholders.

As employees, we uphold our dignity and conduct our duties diligently.

We safeguard the Company's assets and refrain from utilizing information acquired during our work for personal gain.

Employees shall refrain from participating in secondary employment that may compromise the interests of the Company.

 

2. Responsibility for Customers

We consistently strive to offer the best service to our customers and actively work to promote their interests.

We highly value the opinions of our customers and steadfastly keep our promises to them.

We provide only accurate and fair information to our customers.

We safeguard our customers' information and never disclose it to third parties without a legitimate reason.

 

3. Responsibility for Shareholders

We are committed to advancing the interests of our investors.

We consistently provide appropriate information to all stakeholders, including shareholders.

Through transparent and sound management practices, we  diligently protect the interests of our shareholders.

 

4. Competition with Competitors

We uphold the principle of free competition with our competitors.

We engage in fair competition with integrity and good faith in our industry and markets.

 

5. Responsibility for Business Partners

We seek mutual development based on trust with our business partners.

We strictly refrain from accepting any bribes related to our business from our partners.

 

6. The Company’s Responsibility for Employees

The Company is dedicated to ensuring that all employees feel a sense of pride and accomplishment.

Treating every employee as equals, the Company provides fair opportunities for each individual to showcase their abilities.

Prioritizing the health and safety of its workforce, the Company takes appropriate measures and strives to enhance the quality of life for all members.

The Company respects every employee and unequivocally condemns any form of workplace harassment or sexual harassment that undermines their dignity.

 

7. Responsibility for the Community

We actively contribute to the development of our national society and foster a sound corporate culture.

We comply with both domestic and international laws and regulations, and we fulfill our tax obligations.

We proactively engage in efforts to protect nature and preserve the environment.

 

8. Protection of Corporate Assets and Information

We are responsible for safeguarding the Company's property, plant, equipment, intangible assets and trade secrets. We shall not utilize them for personal gain.

We strictly refrain from seizing, utilizing, leaking, or misusing the Company's property, plant, equipment, and intangible assets.

Refraining from providing improper assistance to third parties, including competitors or business partners, we do not engage in competition with the Company by moving to other organizations or running a business using information obtained during our performance of duties.

We abstain from participating or investing in business entities with an interest in the Company. Moreover, we avoid providing business opportunities or benefits to other entities using Company information. Additionally, we do not run personal businesses that may affect our roles and responsibilities within the Company.

Assuming responsibility for the safety and risk prevention of all company assets and information, we promptly take necessary measures if potential risks are identified, keeping the Company informed.

Even after separating from the Company, we shall not pursue personal interests or cause harm to the Company by using information obtained during our performance of duties.

 

9. Responsibility for Expense Use

We do not utilize business expenses for personal use.

As a principle, we use corporate cards to pay for expenses and adhere to the intended purpose of the budget, following the standards set by law.
